Cancellation Policy

Learn about our cancellation policy and terms.

General Cancellation Terms

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session will incur a fee of 50% of the total session cost.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

In case of a no-show or a late cancellation (less than 24 hours prior to your appointment), a cancellation fee of 100% of the session will be charged. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis if you inform us of the cancellation as soon as possible.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances. If a session is canceled by Zortime or our trainers, we will offer you a full refund or allow you to reschedule the session at your convenience. Please contact our support team if you believe you are entitled to a refund.

Membership Cancellations

If you have an active membership with Zortime, you can cancel it at any time, but please note that your membership will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. If you choose to cancel, you will not be charged for the following cycle, but no refunds will be issued for any previous payments.
